ZAZA
BRANDING & PACKAGING
ZAZA is slang for an exotic, premium, highly potent flower. The Hemp Doctor needed packaging for its permanent and rotating flower lineup that was bold enough to match the name and clean enough to let the product stay the star.

THE CHALLENGE
Create a premium flower brand that stands out on a crowded shelf, works across 50+ rotating strains, and builds customer loyalty around each new drop.
THE SOLUTION
A high-contrast, luxury identity built on a structured black base, with a pop of color that changes with the strain type. The look reads as an upgrade from established premium products, and one system covers the whole lineup.
THE IMPACT
Higher customer engagement during new product launches
A scalable foundation: new strains slot in by changing the logo color, with no packaging redesign
One cohesive identity across packaging and digital
MY ROLE
I led the project from concept to completion, covering brand identity, packaging, and email marketing collateral.
BRAND IDENTITY
A bold pop of color against structured black gives the brand a "diamond in the rough" feel. Subtle cannabis imagery in the logo nods to the product and adds some playfulness to the slang name.

PACKAGING & COLLATERAL
Black stays the constant base, and the logo color changes to match each strain type. Every package stays on brand with a minimal need for updates, and the system gives future product lines a ready foundation.

APPLICATION
Monthly flower drops go out as email campaigns. They stand out against the company's wellness-focused branding and add exclusivity and excitement to each release.
